For first time, architecture this type software system based has been proposed. The is flexible and can be extended by adding new modules. Possibilities for improving implementation in following versions have identified: expanding tools AGILE methodology including Scrum approaches; real-time interaction, receiving notifications reminders about meetings, editing team pages KANBAN boards; ability to share files between users; interaction with messages (forward, reply, edit, delete); methods other than email, such as Telegram. these additional functions will not affect system.
